Nina A Padilla is the Creative Director and founder of Motion Arts Media, LLC and Vignette Portrait Photography. A lifelong lover of light and movement, Nina’s photographic art captures the authentic and real moments of each human that steps in front of her lens. A former dancer and choreographer, Nina specializes in performing arts media with a focus on fine art performances of all genres and incorporates her theatre experiences in lighting, scene design, and stage performance in all of her work and loves to work with artists and humans from all walks of life. In 2021, Nina decided to expand her solo photographic career and created San Antonio’s newest full-service media and production company, Motion Arts Media, LLC that offers professional content creation and visual storytelling for local businesses, entrepreneurs, and the arts. Her work has been both locally and internationally published and can be seen in San Antonio Woman magazine, the La Prensa newspaper, and was featured in by local digital journalist Natasha Gonzales of Norteno 210 for her Reinas on the Rise feature, which was filmed and produced by Motion Arts Media, LLC.
Currently, Nina is the full time Multimedia Specialist for Haven for Hope, a local non-profit in San Antonio, Texas. Haven for Hope is a transformational campus that addresses the root cause of homelessness by offering programing tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Haven is the largest homeless shelter in the city of San Antonio and one of the largest in the nation.
